The aim of the current research was the comparative analysis of perfectionism of executive and technical factors in sports. which was achievable in terms of practical nature and in terms of descriptive-exploratory analysis method and survey method. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part included all university experts in the field of organizational behavior and in the quantitative part it included all athletes, coaches and managers of professional sports in the country. Sampling in the qualitative section was purposeful and available, and 20 experienced professors of the university were interviewed and the same number led to the information field. The statistical sample in the quantitative section was determined by using Morgan's table of 353 people. Data collection was done in the qualitative part by using qualitative interviews with elites, and in the quantitative part by using a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 34 questions in 4 dimensions and on a five-point Likert scale. The results of Friedman's test showed that according to the average ranks, the individual effective factors variable has the highest rank, and the environmental, interpersonal and organizational variables have the lowest rank among the variables. The findings showed that the model of factors affecting perfectionism in managers, coaches and professional athletes of the country had a good fit. Also, the findings showed that there is no significant difference between the level of perfectionism of managers, coaches and professional athletes in the country. Key words managers, coaches, athletes, professional sports, perfectionism.

Aquatic parks have always been welcomed by the community in leisure time. The purpose of this study was to examining the model of internal and external factors affecting the satisfaction and loyalty of customers of recreational-sports services. The present research was applied research, in terms of analytical, descriptive-correlational method. The statistical population included all customers of aquatic parks in the country. The sample size was considered to be simple random using Morgan's table formula for the unlimited population. Data were collected through researcher-made questionnaire to measure internal and external factors affecting customers’ satisfaction and loyalty on a 5-point Likert scale. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The results of examining the relationships between the observed variables and the current variable showed that the structure of the tool is suitable for testing the model. Also, the Findings of the research showed that internal and external factors model affecting customers’ satisfaction and loyalty of recreation- sport service has a strong and good fit. According to the results of the research and considering the effective internal and external factors, Aquatic parks managers can take steps to increase the level of satisfaction and loyalty of their customers.

The present research was conducted with the purpose of familiarizing and explaining the strategies for diversifying the services of football schools with the purpose of promoting the brand view. The statistical population of this research consists of two parts:A. The statistical population of the qualitative section includes 17 experts (Professors of university management, sports management and physical education managers and coaches of the country's football leagues).B. The statistical population of the quantitative section includes all the clients of football schools in Mashhad, whose number was about 3000 people.According to the properties of the community, targeted sampling method for experts and non-probability and available for clients of Mashhad football schools, at this stage, 17 experts and 306 clients of Mashhad football schools were selected as a sample. To determine the sample size of clients, Jersey and Morgan sample size estimation table was used. According to Morgan table data, the required sample size in the statistical population of 3000 people is 306 samples. The approach of the present research is hybrid and was performed using thematic method. The results of previous research and work were identified (Through systematic review, 43 articles and dissertations and 63 open codes). After interviewing 17 pre-identified experts, 45 open codes were identified; the codes were repeated by at least one expert and by a maximum of 10 experts.Due to a repetition of some codes by experts and articles, finally after merging and deleting duplicates, 91 open codes and 8 pivotal codes were identified.

The current paper aims to develop theoretical indicators of implementing talent management in Iranian sports organizations. The qualitative and grounded theory approach based on Strauss&Corbin (1998) were used. The population included 17 managers and associates, professors and responsibles of Iranian sports organizations (sports federations) who were selected by quota-sampling (snowball) procedure. Data was gathered by the semi-structured interview. The concepts obtained in the causative conditions were explained by twelve topics of politicization, lack of planning, distrust, limited participation, inefficiency of the advertising structure, discriminatory attitudes, inefficiency of the monitoring system, weakness of the coordinated, integrated and unprofessional system and morality. In contextual conditions, four topics of culture, knowledge, psychology and autonomy were extracted. In intervention conditions, four technical, environmental, managerial and structural, individual and interpersonal general areas, in the identified strategies, five main categories included internal and external challenges and the consequences of implementing talent management in sports organizations lead to the development of sports organizations at individual, organizational and process dimensions in national sports organizations. Finally, it is concluded that implementing talent management and consideration of its components in all levels of sports organizations could help to promote athletic, educational and professional national sports. It is suggested that the future researchers will explore the impact of talent management on structural, behavioral and content dimension of sports organizations.

Organizations in order to meet effectiveness need a change and adaptation to changing environment and certainly there would be a resistance to it and employees wont accept it easily. This research by investigating the relationship between these variables (personality traits and resistance to change) tries to predict resistance to change through the subscales of personality traits. For these purposes 284 teachers (151 female and 133 Male) were selected randomly as statistical sample and responded to Neo (1994), Personality traits and Agha janie,s resistance to change questionnaires with coefficient alphas of 0.79 and 0.81 respectively. In this research, descriptive and inferential statistics such as frequency tables, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation and stepwise regression analysis was used multistage, the data analysis software (Spss) was performed. The results of the study revealed a significant relationship between personality traits and its subscales with resistance to change, and among the big five personality traits teachers who were extroverted and open to experience had the least resistance to change and teachers with neuroticism personality trait had the most resistance to change.
